Cara prefers not to produce glossy brochures full of jargon or employ sales executives – potential new clients work directly with the network architect so all the advice and information will be tailored exactly to the specific demands of the project.

Usually the first step would be a meeting to review the brief and audit the current infrastructure provision. Then we would be able to propose a new or enhanced network design in general terms. We can also, at this stage, define our outline costs to install and support the network.

Together Cara and the client can then work to enhance and improve the specification, especially respect of fault tolerance, depending on the budgets available.  As a company we do not directly supply any hardware or software so we able to get involved closely in the tendering and procuring process for software (including ticketing systems) and hardware.
